There is a lot of baking in my near future!

I met today with the woman who’s opening the coffeeshop and wine bar that I’ll be baking for, and we’ve put together the preliminary menu, and I have a list of things that she wants to taste, and we have an appointment on Tuesday to do a tea tasting (she knows coffee, but not tea so much).

Looks like this is really going to happen!  She has her food permit inspection next week, and as soon as that goes through, she’s good to open – so she’s looking at somewhere in the early to middle part of February, assuming that nothing else goes wrong *crossed fingers*.

Whee!  Truffles and pound cake and biscotti, Oh My.
